What is my role as a executive leader and what leadership type am I?
Leadership skills is not necessarily a competence that everyone inherits. Leadership is a skill that more often than not is a gut instinct and therefore will always be a challenge no matter how experienced someone is. Topics such as finding the right and maybe new place for you in a company’s hierarchy, how to deal with conflict, knowing the strengths and weaknesses of your co-workers or team-members, the importance of motivation, clear delegation of tasks and a healthy use of time management are topic that come right at the top of the list of agenda items when investigating leadership qualities.

Everyday, we take countless decisions, some are made conciously, a lot are taken unconsciously and some are decided with great determination. As a business coach I act as a neutral sparring partner. I take methods from my toolkit box to enable you to find clarity and structure in the never-ending whirlwind of ifs and buts. More often than not inner concepts and values oppose each other in our inner battle preventing us from taking a decision. Together we will analyse your inner conflicts and doing so we will find the right motivational levers that will enable us to take the right decision.

You can find accomodation in walking distance to the office.
